Users of this website, particularly those selling properties and posting their ads sometimes encountered difficulties. In order for us to help you quickly on some of these problems, we have prepared some Frequently Asked Questions or FAQ. These section will be frequently updated for more FAQ’s to help you out.
1.Question: I registered in your website using a valid email but I did not receive the email notification regarding my username and password.
Answer: If your email address is indeed valid, it is possible that your email website like Yahoo or Gmail has tagged the email as spam. You can check your Spam folder if the email was placed there. If not, kindly contact us by clicking the Contact Us link in the menu and we will help you getting your user account up.
2. Question: The password sent to me is so cryptic and I can’t remember it. Can I change it to something that I frequently use?
Answer: The password that the system sent you was system-generated. To change your password, login using your username and the password generated by the system. Once you’re logged in, go to your Dashboard by clicking the link at the top right portion of the page. After that, click Edit Profile at the right hand side of the page. Then your profile shows up and you can edit your password as well as your other profile information.
